Midland Pacific Homes
Midland Pacific, the largest homebuilder headquartered on the Central Coast, has built more than 1000 homes here in the last 30 years. We were asked to develop a distinctive marketing campaign aimed at potential homebuyers who were not yet actively looking for a home. Missionary work, if you will.
Strategy
Instead of using the typical new home approach, our "Welcome" campaign promoted Midland Pacific's philosophy and local roots. It ran in the main news sections of local papers.
Results
We built a wider base of interested homebuyers, creating new interest and significant additional traffic to neighborhoods.
