Heritage Oaks Bank
Heritage Oaks is the largest locally-owned regional bank on the Central Coast. They were introducing a new logo and new look at a time when several other regional banks had sold out to larger national and international banks. BCA was brought aboard to make sure their customers (and potential customers) clearly understood that Heritage Oaks was still a "local" bank.
Strategy
We developed a heartwarming television campaign that emphasized Heritage Oaks' local roots by incorporating local people and local sites.
Results
Heritage Oaks Bank is stronger than ever locally. Deposits and the number of accounts has increased. Heritage Oaks has even acquired another local bank and folded it into the Heritage Oaks "heritage."
