Barnett Cox and Associates in San Luis Obispo designed the sales booklet for Rice Ranch Homes in Orcutt, which won a Best of Category award from the Printing Industry Association.
Oxnard-based Ventura Printing produced the booklet. The promotional piece combined design, copywriting and photography.
Barnett Cox's team for the project included senior designer Christopher Sutton, writer Susan McDonald and project coordinator Ben Hein.
