NIPOMO – More than 250 people sampled Central Coast premium vintages, and got a taste of resort living at the same time, on July 19, when Trilogy Central Coast celebrated the opening of the community’s Wine Library.
The event was the first opportunity for Trilogy members and visitors to tour the Tuscan-style stone structure adjacent to the Monarch Club.
Trilogy also announced wine seminars and tours will be offered by Cal Poly Continuing Education at the Monarch Club. Members and the public will have the opportunity to take classes about the sensory evaluation of wine, viticulture and winemaking, among other topics.
The Wine Library features climate-controlled wine storage and a comfortable setting for enjoying favorite vintages or trying new selections from Adelina’s Bistro and Market Place at Trilogy. Members and the public may also reserve it for private parties.
“I can't wait to hold a special event of my own here,” said Cheryl Haworth. “It's beautiful...a perfect setting. And what a lively afternoon. I met a lot of great people.”
Pandee Pearson, the acclaimed chef at Adelina’s Bistro, prepared gourmet appetizers for the celebration, and award-winning local wineries Talley, Baileyana, Tangent and Tablas Creek poured wine at this new venue unique to Trilogy Central Coast.
No other neighborhood can boast anything quite like it. But Trilogy takes pride in the special amenities offered to home buyers and visitors. And what could be more fitting than building a Wine Library in this community sitting in the heart of the wine region?
“We are ecstatic, we love our new home. Working with the team at Trilogy we were able to find an incredibly priced home in the best location," said new homebuyer Art Hebron.
