Local marketing firm Barnett Cox & Associates recently received eight awards in two international competitions —the Summit International Awards and the Communicator Awards — for excellence in advertising and marketing.
Projects that earned honors range from a sales folder for new-home neighborhood Rice Ranch in Orcutt to a magazine ad promoting San Luis Obispo tourism.
Entries from more than 20 countries were received in the Summit competition. The Communicator Awards judged more than 8,500 entries globally.
Barnett Cox is owned and operated by longtime San Luis Obispo residents Dave and Maggie Cox. Scott Saunders is the firm’s creative director. The firm is celebrating its 19th anniversary this month.
