Homebuilder MD2 needed a name, a brand and an introduction to the community when it wanted to build a new development of homes and a work+live neighborhood.

BCA generated the brand for MD2’s new neighborhood, Serra Meadows, began advertising efforts to potential new homeowners and implemented a full public relations effort to introduce it to the community. While the development was under construction, the new brand and public relations effort generated buzz and recognition in the community, garnered public and political support and positive media coverage.
